General Terms

FEMOND ("we", "us", "our") is the provider of www.femond.com, www.femond.am ("Website"). By accessing and placing an order with FEMOND, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Shipping Policy outlined below. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund․

Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping time, cost, and duties depend on your delivery location and will be displayed when placing an order. Shipping costs are charged together with the purchase for orders from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Artsakh, Russia, the USA. This price will be the final cost at which the item will be delivered to the customer. For orders from other countries, please contact our customer service.

We operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with the exception of national holidays. Our delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your goods will be processed and shipped by our warehouse. Purchases are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a paper box with the exception of certain goods.

We will do our best to minimize delays. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases from Monday to Saturday 11:00 am –9:00 pm, on Sunday 11:00 am – 8:00 pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.

Local Delivery

We offer  shipping for all orders in Armenia and Artsakh. Delivery in Yerevan is carried out by delivery service within 1 day. Shipping to the regions of Armenia and Artsakh is carried out by the postal service within 2-7 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping depends on the weight of the order and will be delivered within 5-30 business days.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Return Policy

FEMOND accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items with original tags within 14 days of the order’s receipt date. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. FEMOND will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the credit card. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, please return the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy and place a new order.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods listed on the website for domestic orders.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and FEMOND encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to FEMOND at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Payment Methods

FEMOND accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, ArCa, MIR. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

FEMOND features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
