Return Policy
Return Policy General Terms
FEMOND accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items with original tags within 14 days of the order’s receipt date. You must return items in the same condition as you received them. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. FEMOND will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid. We will process refunds to the credit card once we receive and accept the returns. We will send you an email notification once we complete this process.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, please return the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy and place a new order.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. Also, if the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Duties & Taxes
We have already applied sales tax to the price of goods listed on the website for domestic orders.
Import Duties & Taxes
Customers may be liable to pay import duties and taxes for international shipments upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and FEMOND encourages you to know these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to FEMOND at the customer's expense. Therefore the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. We will not refund the cost of the initial shipping.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
Insurance
The courier insures parcels for loss and damage up to the stated value.
