Shipping Policy General Terms

FEMOND ("we," "us," "our") is the provider of www.femond.com, www.femond.am ("Website"). By accessing and placing an order with FEMOND, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service in the Shipping Policy outlined below. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund․

Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping time, cost, and duties depend on your delivery location and you can see when placing an order. We charge shipping costs together with the purchase for orders from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Artsakh, Russia, and the USA. This price will be the final cost at which the item will be delivered to the customer. For orders from other countries, please contact our customer service or check our Shipping Policy.

We operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. Our delivery time starts when the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your goods will be processed and shipped by our warehouse. Purchases are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a paper box except for certain goods.

We will do our best to minimize delays. Once we ship your order, we will email your tracking number.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am –9:00 pm, and on Sunday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

We offer shipping for all orders in Armenia and Artsakh. The delivery service carries out deliveries in Yerevan within 1 day. The postal service carries out shipping to the regions of Armenia and Artsakh within 2-7 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping depends on the weight of the order and will be delivered within 5-30 business days.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
